An increasing number of schools are now filming their school matches for coaching purposes.

ISFA wishes to remind these schools that such filming should not take place without the prior agreement of the opposing school.  This is partly a matter of courtesy.  However, there are also safeguarding issues.  It is entirely possible that certain children may not be filmed because parents have not given their school consent or, on occasions, for legal reasons (eg because the child is a ward of court).

Any school arriving at a match to find that their opponents are planning to film the game without having first secured agreement should feel entitled to refuse permission.
